The Kauhale O Kalāheo project will include 17 single-family homes located off Pu’u Road in the heart of Kalaheo. This project is being co-developed with Affordable Housing Kaua’i, who will build three homes, and Kaua’i Habitat for Humanity, who will build four homes for households at 80% AMI and below. Those homes will include 2bed/1bath or 3bed/2bath. PAL Construction will build ten homes for households at 120% AMI and below. Those homes will include 2bed/1bath, 3bed/2bath, or 4bed/2bath.
